Terms and Conditions

 All new orders require prepayment in full.

 Turnaround time is approximately two to four weeks after payment, so please plan your order ahead of time. (Rush fees may apply.)

 Table cover logos can be matched to club colors if Maderia thread color numbers are provided. Otherwise, we will match the color(s) as close as  possible from the art file sent.

 Table covers are meant for indoor and outdoor event use. Material is not fade proof. Avoid prolonged sun exposure to reduce fading. When finished, fold and store in table covers to extend life. Spot clean table covers with a mild soap and water then let air dry. UV-resistant material is available for an up-charge.

 Ice chests may warp slightly during extremely hot conditions, especially during long periods of direct sunlight. This is normal for polyethylene and unavoidable for the darker colored ice chests due to the dark color.


All new logos require a one-time setup fee: $50 Vinyl | $99 Embroidery


Customized items (logoed) are not returnable. However, if there is an error on our part, we will correct it. If a product is being returned simply because it is not needed, we will refund the initial amount, minus shipping and a 15% restock fee after we inspect that the product is in Brand New condition. 


The artwork, designs, and trademarks imprinted on the products within this catalog are only examples of the type and quality of embroidered products available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for, the owners of the artwork, design, or trademark.


All products carry a limited one year warranty against defects. Excludes normal wear and tear, warping, or fading. All claims handled on an individual basis.

Ice Chests – one year no questions asked on hardware, excluding warping, drain caps, normal wear and tear. Hardware on the Ice Chest that is defective will be replaced for up to three years from the purchase date. Any damage caused otherwise will be handled on a case by case basis.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and checks. Orders over $3,000 require a check for payment. Rush fees may apply


All orders are shipped within 4 weeks of payment unless otherwise specified. If you have a rush date, additional rush fees may apply to the order. We will do our best to accommodate your event date, please let your account manager know at the time of your order if you have a specific in-hand date.
